Tidepool - Wedneday with Michael

 Hello everyone!  
Welcome to another week of Tidepool Sekai with Michael.  
 
This week was an extension of our ongoing water sports lesson.  This week we focused on a very important aspect of all sports (as well as life); we learned about balance and how to improve our balance.

First we tried different balancing exercises at Tidepool.  We discussed the different muscle groups that are responsible for our balance.  Then we discussed the importance of balance for improving our lives.

Then we went to the beach to do a little balance training on a stand up paddle board.    
 
 
 Finally, we had a little balance battle to challenge our balance.
