Hello Everyone!

Welcome back to another day at the beach with Tidepool and Michael.  We continued our surfing lesson today and talked about a few more basics of surfing.

First we did warm up exercises as usual.  Then we practiced the basics we learned from last week.
On the nipper board, we did paddling, standing up, and balance training.

Finally, we tried out our skills in the ocean with the nipper board.
